Xiabalba.  The place of fear.  Limestone Labrynths in the jade selva of the Yucatan.

Ceiba trees, strangler figs and palmettos.  Collectivos and hot dusty roads.

Sinkholes,  freshwater fish, iguanas.  Narrow fern draped corridors to swim down and a large pool with cliffs to jump from.

Deep roof collapse underwater.  The underworld gaping in caverns at the edges lined with stalactites and turtles.

An algae covered Eden.  20 km south of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
